Our Dedication
We are dedicated to recycling waste cooking oil to more sustainable and renewable products.
We have a firm principle of conserving our environment and the belief that waste has a value and humanity has a responsibility and know how to identify that value.
Cooking oil is a staple in restaurant kitchens. But after chefs fry and sauté foods, the remaining oil is sometimes, without hesitation, dumped down the kitchen drain. Rather than contribute to a range of potential issues, restauranteurs are urged to recycle their used cooking oil and reap its many benefits.
Fry 2 Air
To improve sustainable Bio-feedstock waste collection, Zijani cooperates with the HORECA industry (hotels, restaurants, catering), food processing companies and food delivery platforms. HORECA businesses can dispose their Used Cooking Oil (UCO) correctly through Zijani, contributing to a circular flow of waste disposal, and generate an additional revenue stream.
